The chicken wrap’s unique main ingredient is isolated chicken protein which gives the end product a low carbohydrate tortilla with negligible fat content. The competitive advantage is that this product is pure chicken compared to flour and corn tortillas that have been fortified with soy protein. The formulation and process offers a longer product shelf life and less microbial deterioration than most refrigerated chicken products.
