Brands, Inc., 1900 Colonel Sanders Ln., Louisville, KY 40213 The presentation will cover Yum Brands efforts to offer menu items that balance nutritional requirements, including specifically reduced calories and fat content, with the consumers' desire for exceptional tasting products, that are cost effective, and wholesome. Efforts to improve communication, including posting of nutritional information on the Company's WebPages and within restaurants will be addressed, as will be the consumers' own responsibility in tackling the issue of obesity. Finally, the difficulties of being a global company facing the issue of obesity will be discussed and some recent menu item innovations mentioned.
