| In the past year, the Committee on Higher Education has worked with three food science departments to evaluate the proposed IFT Education Standards. These Standards, to be used for program review, are based on outcomes rather than on course content. In this Forum, a representative of each department (South Dakota State University, Utah State University and North Carolina State University) will present their experiences this past year. A discussion of how these Standards will be implemented will follow the panel presentations. | ||
